Qualifications

• Experience in window and door inspection, repair and installation.
• Ability to diagnose and repair warranty issues on doors/windows.
• Familiarity with field service apps and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair doors and windows under warranty.
• Install new doors as needed.
• Communicate with customers professionally and coordinate with scheduling tools.
