Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Root Cause & Warranty Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and document rejected transmission assemblies using test data and repair history.

You will log findings in databases and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and keeping up to date with product changes. Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, basic hand-tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of basic hand tools including powered impact wrenches and torque wrenches.
• Basic computer knowledge and use.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance as necessary.
• Ability to work solo and be self-motivated.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and support documents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair rejected transmission assemblies from production line
• Inspect and process warranty transmissions and other dealer returns
• Consistently and accurately log all findings in the required databases
• Communicate findings with supervisor and/or production, engineering, and quality personnel as required
• Keep a clean, safe work area including all tools, test equipment, and computers
• Stay up to date regarding product and process changes
• Stay up to date with and follow all required safety guidelines and procedures
