Qualifications

• Roofing experience preferred (tile, shingle, or flat roofing).
• Leak detection and repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete roofing warranty repairs on residential roofing systems.
• Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of roofing issues.
• Repair or replace roofing materials as needed.
• Perform punch-list and service work on completed projects.
• Safely set up ladders, fall protection, and other required safety equipment.
• Load, unload, transport, and maintain roofing tools and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors.
• Document completed work with photos and service notes.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
