Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warranty Representative in the metal building industry to oversee the warranty process, drive program leadership, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Warranty Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain warranty policies, procedures, and work instructions for internal and external teams
  • Claims Management: Investigate, process, and resolve warranty claims in a timely, efficient manner; ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement; prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance
  • Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, service) to reduce incident reoccurrence, improve part analysis efficiency, and enhance product reliability
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor warranty professionals, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, OEMs, and regulatory agencies to address warranty issues and negotiate terms
  • Risk & Cost Management: Assess financial risks, monitor warranty costs, and recommend strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality

Job description

The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$100,000.
