Description

Morgan Automotive Group’s Shared Accounting Center is seeking a Warranty/Products Accounting Clerk to join our growing team in South Florida. Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process product payments with vendors including JM&A, TRU and Dealer General.
  • Submit and manage cancellations for each product vendor.
  • Post vendor payment statements (e.g. JM&A, Tru etc.) in DMS.
  • Issue cancellation refunds to customers as needed.
  • Maintain related accounting schedules, including notations and necessary journal entries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas & V LOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and customers.
  • Experience with automotive software (Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP) is a plus.
