Responsibilities

• Design new processes and re-engineer existing processes to meet safety, quality, and business expectations.
• Evaluate warranty data to identify issues, understand trends, and determine root cause.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to implement solutions.
• Assist in coordinating and evaluating the testing of vehicle components and the rollout of solutions on the assembly floor.
