Job summary

Array Technologies seeks a Manager, Warranty to lead warranty operations across the installed base of solar tracking systems. You will oversee case management, field support, and cross-functional issue resolution while driving continuous product and process improvements.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a customer-focused approach. Travel is approximately 25%, and you will partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce warranty risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in warranty management, field service operations, technical support, or customer success within an industrial, manufacturing, or renewable energy environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
  • Experience managing customer escalations and complex technical issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems; electrical systems knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce and SAP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day warranty operations and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
  • Manage and develop Warranty Specialists, Field Technicians, and other warranty staff.
  • Monitor warranty performance metrics: response times, aging, closure rates, CSAT, cost trends.
  • Own the warranty case management process in Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex warranty-related concerns.
  • Coordinate field resources for inspections, troubleshooting, and remedy implementation.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Reliability, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify root causes and actions.
  • Analyze warranty trends and field data to drive product/process improvements.
  • Support collection, tracking, and reporting of warranty claims and failure data.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty obligations and SLAs.
  • Assist in evaluating warranty reserve impacts and related commercial discussions.
  • Maintain and improve warranty processes and SOPs.
  • Lead regular reviews on warranty performance and open issues.
  • Promote safety during field activities and support training for personnel.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and improvement recommendations.
