Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our warranty defense team and advance with hands‑on experience under seasoned mentors in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

You’ll take on significant responsibilities, including drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and contributing at trial, with a hybrid work arrangement in Los Angeles or San Francisco, or remote placement outside those areas.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery.
• Experience with California Warranty Law, including the Song‑Beverly Act, preferred but not required.
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proven track record of producing top‑quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
