  • Review extended warranties to ensure they comply with state requirements
  • Assist distributor questions regarding pending or previously paid claims, contracts, and warranty coverage
  • Work in cooperation with corporate IT resources to continue to improve Warranty Express functionality and reporting capability
  • Identify potentially fraudulent activity among dealers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
