Job summary

SpaceX in Starbase, TX seeks a Construction Project Manager, Warranties to own the warranty program for residential and commercial infrastructure, partnering with design, construction, and maintenance teams throughout the project life cycle.

You will lead quality assurance activities, investigate warranty issues, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements while coordinating with contractors and vendors to deliver reliable, low-maintenance spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of related construction/warranty experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in residential architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities development.

Responsibilities

• Own construction quality assurance and the warranty program for residential and commercial infrastructure.
• Lead QA initiatives and liaison between design, construction, and maintenance teams.
• Manage warranty repairs from initiation through completion with clear documentation.
• Investigate warranty issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Review designs to prevent future warranty issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel to SpaceX locations as required and onsite at Starbase, TX.
