Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or textile experience preferred but not required.
• Previous machine operation experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate direct warping machinery per work orders.
• Verify yarn type, beam specs, end count and length.
• Load yarn packages and thread through machine safely.
• Monitor tension and beam formation for quality.
• Identify and report equipment issues and safety hazards.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
