Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain resident apartments and common areas at our Baytowne, NY community. You will perform general cleaning, assist with preparing empty apartments for move-ins, and respond quickly to resident requests, maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
