Sittercity.com is seeking a warm, playful, and energetic nanny for a 21-month-old and a 5-year-old. You will engage the children with reading, activities, and neighborhood explorations, while setting kind but firm boundaries.

Responsibilities include driving the kids, preparing snacks and meals, light housekeeping and laundry, and maintaining reliable, proactive communication. Must be comfortable driving and forming a lasting caregiver relationship with the family.

Job description

Primary care is for our sweet, curious and communicative 21mo, with some support for our outgoing & slightly magical 5yo including school drop-off/pick-up. Looking for someone warm, playful & energetic who genuinely enjoys engaging with kids, having little adventures, reading, doing activities & exploring the neighborhood, while also being confident setting kind, firm boundaries. Reliability, punctuality, proactive communication are a must. Household support: meal prep, kids laundry & tidying is required. Must be comfortable driving. Our longtime nanny (now expecting her 1st) became family to us over the last 4 years, & we hope to build a similar lasting relationship with our next caregiver.
