Job summary

TruTeam, a leading energy-efficient insulation and building materials company, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Dallas, TX. You will oversee inventory, unload/load materials, ensure availability, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety and lean policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, valid driver's license if driving, and willingness to work overtime/weekends. Strong leadership and barcoding familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience.
• Industry experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.) preferred.
• Need to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of warehouse specialists or warehouse leads.
• Monitor and receive incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Return damaged/returned products to vendor.
• Ensure adherence to MCS Insulation Stack Lean Policy.
• Ensure inventory variances are within acceptable guidelines.
• Utilize bar coding technology/process correctly.
• Enforce Load In / Load Out policies.
• Calculate and evaluate minimum/maximum levels for products/items.
• Assist in scheduled inventory audits.
• Oversee warehouse safety, hazardous material management and safety training.
• Oversee building maintenance and security of warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overall inventory, material unloading, loading, material availability, ensuring inventory variances are within acceptable guidelines, and communications with vendors relating to materials. In addition, you are responsible for safety compliance, recycling and warehouse orderliness.

• Responsible for directing the work of warehouse specialists or warehouse leads.

• Responsible for returning damaged/returned products to vendor.
• Ensures adherence to MCS Insulation Stack Lean Policy.
• Ensures inventory variances are within acceptable guidelines.
• Responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the bar coding technology/process is adhered to.
• Ensures the Load In / Load Out policies are adhered to.
• Responsible for calculating and evaluating minimum/maximum levels for products/items.
• Assists in scheduled Inventory audits.
• Responsible for all aspects of warehouse safety, hazardous material management and safety training.
• Responsible for building maintenance and security of warehouse.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation Range

$20.00 - $40.00
