Job summary

MANTECH seeks Wargame Exercise Analysts to join our team in Dallas, Texas and Oahu, Hawaii. You will validate technical documentation and oversee quality gates for multinational training events, applying asymmetric modeling techniques.

Senior or midlevel candidates with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ to 10+ years of relevant experience, and an active Secret Clearance are welcome. You will mentor staff and coordinate complex exercises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or related field.
• Experience with quality gate oversight and leading teams.
• Ability to draft technical documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Validates technical documentation and exercise scenarios to ensure alignment with standards.
• Authorize quality gate oversight for simulation data and coordinate logistics for multinational events.
• Serve as Technical Authority for asymmetric modeling techniques.
• Oversee development of training materials for operational systems including command and control.
• Coordinate with Mission Partners to translate requirements for theater exercises.
• Manage writing and editing of consolidated exercise reports for high-level use.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff.
