Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is seeking a Warfighter Support SME to join our team in Arlington, VA.

The SME will assist in developing, coordinating, and advising on the implementation of policies related to air, space, and cyberspace power to support the CSAF, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (AF/A3), and NAF/Air Component Commanders and their Staffs. The SME will participate in the operational planning and analysis process and advise the Joint Staff (JS) and CCMD staff on how to optimize USAF

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MA/PhD desired but not required.
Five+ years in MAJCOM/JS/CCMD staff work or equivalent.
Experience briefing Flag/General Officers for Congressional testimony preferred.
TS/SCI clearance is required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and advise on policies related to air, space, and cyberspace power.
Participate in operational planning/analysis and advise Joint Staff and CCMD staff.
Deliver high-level briefings/reports to senior USAF/DoW leaders; translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
Provide situational awareness and recommendations to ensure inputs are strategically sound and feasible.
