Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a Warfighter Integration Cell embedded role in Colorado Springs, CO to facilitate SDA integration with USSPACECOM/NORTHCOM. The position requires a TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and 15+ years in DoD acquisitions or operations.

The candidate will coordinate program transitions, develop tactics, and liaise with host organizations to ensure SDA participation and successful deployment of SDA capabilities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Active TS clearance with SCI, SAP, and NC2 eligibility.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of recent DoW acquisitions or operations experience.
• Proven ability to work largely unsupervised with executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and management of program transitions and operational integration.
• Assist in operational integration and TTP development for CCMDs, services and the IC.
• Conceive, plan, and organize SDA capability integration into OPLANS and CAMPLANS.
• Act as liaison with host organization to secure SDA participation.
• Integrate with OT&E planning and execution for Warfighter capability acceptance.
• Support warfighter integration activities and deployment of SDA capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise on PWSA capabilities and deployment timelines.
• Analyze outcomes, document root causes, and present lessons learned.

Salary Range: $160,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually

Qualis LLC is seeking a Warfighter Integration Cell in support of the Space Development Agency. The selected candidate will serve as an embed with the USSPACECOM and NORAD/NORTHCOM staffs facilitating the transition of Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture capabilities and supporting SDA integration efforts with Joint Force operations. This work will be onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.

• Support planning and management of program transitions and operational integration.
• Asist in operational integration and Tactics Technicques and Procedures development for Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Services, Joint organizations, and the Intelligence Community to employ capabilities delivered by SDA.
• Conceive, plan, and organize SDA capability integration into Combatant Command OPLANS and CAMPLANS.
• Act as direct liaison with host organization and secure SDA participation within the host's plans and operations.
• Integrate with Operational Test and Evaluation planning and execution leading to Warfighter Capability Acceptance of SDA capabilities
• Support warfighter integration activities (operational briefings, training orientation sessions, etc.) supporting the deployment and warfighter adoption of capabilities resident in the SDA's PWSA, such as data transport, space-based Link 16, and missile warning/missile tracking data.
• Provide technical expertise in PWSA capabilities, limitations, to include deployment timelines and procedures under early operational use procedures.
• Analyze actual outcomes as compared to designed or desired outcomes; research and document root causes of any deviations.
• Document, prepare, and present lessons learned drawn from SDA fielding and integration and inform deployment of subsequent tranches..
• Coordinate operational demonstrations and test activities within the Services and CCMDs during day-to-day operations and in exercise environments.
• Work collaboratively as a member of a team of analysts, M&S experts, warfighters, and technical support personnel to enable the warfighter to fully exploit PWSA capabilities as they are tested and accepted by the joint community.
• Use operational experience, analytical skills, and technical expertise to create, present, and document successes and shortfalls within PWSA test and deployment activities. Support ground system planning, operational test and evaluation activities.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Must have an active TS security with SCI, SAP, NC2 eligiblility clearance.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of recent and relevant experience in DoW acquisitions or operations, planning and related activities.
• Established record demonstrating an ability to work largely unsupervised, an ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the staff, from Action Officers to executive leaders, strong briefing skills for executive-level audiences, and proven ability to follow-through on all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Senior retired Space Operator (O-5/O-5 SEL)
• Experience in Operations Centers in Joint capacity (Joint Intelligence/Operations Centers, Air Operations Centers, Maritime Operations Centers, Army Engagement Centers); non-standard acquisition processes (SpRCO, MDA, SCO - outside JCIDS); USSPACECOM core missions, NORTHCOM core missions,
• Knowledge of USSPACECOM and NORAD-USNORTHCOM space operations and organizational relationships.
• Familiarity with USSAPCECOM- NORAD-USNORTHCOM command relationships.
• Experience with emergent Golden Dome for America architecture and fielding
