Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring for Wares & Textiles Processor positions at our Burton store in Burton, MI. Openings include Part-Time and Full-Time roles with compensation at $15.00 per hour plus bonus potential, and employee discounts on in-store purchases.

Job duties include assisting in maximizing sales, processing and pricing merchandise, and delivering excellent customer and donor service. Candidates should be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Part-Time andFull-time Wares &Textiles Processor openings at our Burton Store located at 4095 E Court St (across from theCourtland Center Mall), in Burton, MI.

$15.00 an hour plus Bonus Potential !!

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in maximizing store sales and help increase the profit of Goodwill.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer/donor service.
• To achieve expectations for task assigned:
  • Receive, process, price, and display merchandise as directedand according to policy, procedure and job standards,
  • Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour,
  • Provided EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
