Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a warehouse associate in Indiana. You will load/unload pallets, pick cases to fulfill orders, and drive a forklift after training and certification. This fast-paced role requires you to work weekends and shift rotations while maintaining safety and accuracy in a busy facility.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop for extended periods.
  • Able to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
  • Able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
  • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
  • Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
  • Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the truck floor.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
