Job summary

NOV is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, and moving goods, ensuring accuracy in paperwork and timely shipments. The role requires operating forklifts, performing basic crate/container work, and supporting various material-handling tasks.

The successful candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, comply with HSE standards, and adapt to shift-based overtime to meet customer needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in warehousing or inventory control.
• Forklift/lift truck experience.
• Basic hand tools usage.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Observes safety regulations, wears required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to Management.
• Adheres to all HSE requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Working hours vary based upon shift assigned and may include overtime to ensure timely completion of essential logistic functions.

• Follow all quality, health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Operates a variety of equipment (including forklifts, side-loaders, powered and unpowered lifts) to load, unload and move product and materials
• Operate hand tools in crate/ container building
• To maintain control of paperwork and related documents and processes those documents in a timely manner.
• To handle other material handling functions such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
• To complete in a timely manner the shipment of product to meet the customer’s needs.
• Other duties as assigned
