Job summary

Springs Window Fashions in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will pick orders, load/unload trucks, print labels, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety standards.

The role requires 3–6 months manufacturing experience (preferred), a high school diploma, and may require forklift certification. Hourly pay starts at $19.00 with a Monday–Friday shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift license and training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in accordance with the order form specifications, using lift or order picker.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Print labels and inventory tickets.
• Initiate cycle count requests when inventory variances are detected.
• Band/Wrap skids for delivery.
• Complete import/export paperwork as necessary.
• Clean assigned areas; recycle as appropriate.
• Perform daily maintenance on warehouse equipment (maintain, charge, clean batteries).
• Operate straight lift/order picker/reach lift.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Job Purpose

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 months manufacturing experience Preferred
• May be required to have Fork Lift driver's license and training
