Job summary

US LBM is seeking a Yard/Warehouse Manager to lead a team in a large warehouse and/or yard, overseeing receiving, stocking, inventory counting, and order fulfillment while ensuring safety and accuracy. The role requires managing 15+ associates, hiring decisions, setting goals, and budget accountability.

You will supervise operations, maintain an organized work environment, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials, loadouts, and customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 7-9 years industry experience / freight handling required.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Lead a team of 15+ associates (direct and indirect).
• Oversee receiving, stocking, counting and inventory control.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Direct supervisor in maintaining an organized work environment.
• Hire/terminate decisions, set goals, and manage budget accountability.
• Monitor safety and participate in continuous improvement.
