Job summary

CrossFire Group in Tarentum, PA is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support daily operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and order processing. Shifts are Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM on a 6-month contract with potential for hire; benefits are available.

You will unload and bundle telecom cable, operate a forklift, maintain inventory records, and follow safety procedures. Must lift up to 50 lbs, pass an internal forklift test, and align with the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience (must pass internal test).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.
• Heavy machinery experience or apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound materials: unload trucks, sort and bundle cable, weigh and record product.
• Ship orders: pull product from storage, stage/load trucks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and documentation.
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and safety/security protocols.
• Safeguard equipment and cable; report non-compliance issues.
• Assist with general warehouse organization.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
