Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) is seeking a Warehouse Worker – Receiving at our Brownstown, MI facility. You will pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.

This active role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety, with multiple shifts and strong incentive programs. Typical responsibilities include pulling parts, inbound processing, loading and unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for long periods.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory.
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accuracy and safety in daily tasks.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed.

Role Summary

Warehouse Worker – Receiving

As a Warehouse Worker at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
