Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Prepper for the 2nd shift in Grand Prairie, TX. This role supports warehouse operations with safety-first values and a friendly, outgoing attitude. Responsibilities include opening boxes, basic sanitation, training new staff under supervision, counting and verifying product, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.

• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor.
• Count, verify, and confirm product.
• Report any product discrepancies, damages, and variances.
• Promotes a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions for safely operating equipment.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
