Job summary

McKesson’s distribution center is hiring dynamic warehouse associates. The role offers a schedule with a Sunday night shift and a fixed Monday–Thursday night shift, plus a competitive starting rate with increases over 12 months. Material handlers can earn additional incentive pay based on performance.

You will contribute to fast, accurate order fulfillment and participate in wellbeing, training, and benefits programs designed to support health, finances, and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience required; eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to walk long distances during a shift and maintain pace.
• Capable of lifting 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Move products efficiently to ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support accurate shipping and handling of life-changing products.
• Participate in on-the-job training for equipment and processes.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following positions available:

• Sunday 8-hour shift - 7:00PM - 3:00AM; Monday – Thursday, fixed 5-hour shift 10:00PM – 3AM. Will have Monday, Tuesday, OR Wednesday OFF!

• Starting pay rate up to $20.60/hour increasing to $21.78/hour in 12 months!

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)

• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our warehouse associates plan.
