Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Night Shift to process shipments, pull orders, and move goods safely throughout the warehouse.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, stock locations, and support dock operations while maintaining a clean, organized space and adhering to safety standards. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and order-picker safely.
• Place and pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse.
• Ensure wheels are chocked before unloading.
• Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations.
• Stock forward pick locations in bottle room and full case line.
• Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders.
• Pick VIA orders for Salesmen and Customers.
• Store out-of-place products and various product lines as directed.
• Sort pallets by size.
• Handle broken cases and re-boxing of bottles.
• Leave equipment in good working order and clean work area.
• Wear all safety equipment and report damage promptly.

Overview:

The Warehouse Worker Night Shift is responsible for completing shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area; driving trucks or vans to and from vendors; completing preventive maintenance requirements on trucks and vans; arranging for repairs; collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments.
• Mechanically use a forklift, pallet jacks, or order-picker, using a full range of peripheral vision to operate such equipment safely.
• Place and/or pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse.
• Ensure that the wheels of all trucks being unloaded have their wheels chocked before unloading begins.
• Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations.
• Stock forward pick locations in the bottle room and the full case line in a neat and orderly manner.
• Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders.
• Pick VIA orders for Salesmen and Customers.
• Stores out-of-place products, 360 products, and 370 products as directed by the supervisor.
• Sort pallets by size.
• Handling of broken cases including the re-boxing of good bottles and sending the broken ones to the dump location.
• Leave equipment in good working order and free of all trash for the next shift.
• Ensure the cleanliness of an assigned area of the warehouse.
• Safely perform all duties.
• Wear all company-issued safety equipment.
• Report any damage to the equipment and building to a supervisor as soon as it happens.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station.

Physical Demands:

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding a machine.
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56 lbs.
