Job summary

Penske Logistics in Northlake, TX is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious, outgoing team. You will stage, sort, load and unload trailers, operate forklifts and a range of warehouse equipment, and keep the work area clean and safe while meeting daily targets.

No prior warehouse experience is required, but a high school diploma is preferred. The role offers $20.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking and time management required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers
• Opens and closes dock doors

• Operate forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jacks and related equipment
• Transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to shipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
