Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic warehouse associates for our Nashville distribution center. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, fast handling of life‑changing healthcare products, and adherence to safety standards.

Starting pay is $19.78 per hour, with increase to $20.90 after 12 months, plus a robust benefits package. We offer on‑the‑job training to certify power equipment operation and automation processes, plus wellbeing and health perks.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following positions available:

• Monday through Friday, 12PM to 8:30PM - $19.78/hr.
• Starting pay rate up to $19.78/hour increasing to $20.90/hour in 12 months!

What You'll Do

• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You'll Need

• Entry level experience
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our warehouse associates plan.
