Job summary

McKesson is seeking an entry‑level warehouse associate at our Massachusetts distribution center. You will help move products through order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and speed while working in a refrigerated environment.

The role offers on‑the‑job training to certify operating power industrial equipment and automation. The position features a fixed schedule: Sunday 6PM until completion, Monday–Thursday 7:30PM until completion, with starting pay at $21.70/hour and increases to $22.97/hour

Qualifications

• Entry level experience required.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Able to lift 20 to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work in a refrigerated environment (37–42°F) most of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

Sunday – 6PM until completion, Monday – Thursday 7:30PM until completion. - $21.70/hr.

Starting pay rate up to $21.70/hour increasing to $22.97/hour in 12 months! Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

What You’ll Need

• Entry level experience
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment - Training will be provided
