Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment and fast shipping of essential medical products. Training is provided to operate power industrial equipment and advanced automation.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a base pay of $20.65 per hour, plus performance-based incentive pay that can increase earnings. Comprehensive benefits support health, wellness, and financial security.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following positions available:

• Monday to Friday 9:00AM until 5:30PM

• $20.65/hr

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed.
