Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Warehouse Worker to support parts operations and inventory control at our Bellefonte location.

You will handle shipping, receiving, order picking, forklift operation, and documentation while maintaining a safe, efficient workflow with a team of parts professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school preferred.
• Strong customer service experience in a mechanical/parts environment; ability to learn computer systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Safely operate forklift and load/unload deliveries.
• Pick, put away and deliver parts to designated areas.
• Handle shipping/receiving paperwork and inventory control tasks.
• Learn and use Warrtrack and other software.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Worker.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Position Summary

At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations that may include but not be limited to:

• Maintain a clean safe work environment * Strong customer service skills
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift * Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
• Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound
• Ability to fabricate hoses * Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
• The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision * Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
• Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Work independently & efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed
• Work regular overtime as required
• Familiarity with product line a plus
• Responsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland Brothers

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferred
• Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred
• An appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be considered
