Job summary

Constellation Culinary Group is hiring a Warehouse Worker/Driver in Miami, FL to support Florida Commissary operations. You will perform receiving, storage, and distribution tasks, load and unload at events, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Experience in a food distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, lifting, moving, storing, issuing, counting, sorting, weighing and verifying items on requisitions or invoices.
• Loading and unloading service equipment, food, and beverage before and after events.
• Cleaning dishes in a foodservice environment to ensure clean tableware and properly handled rentals.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace; setting up dish stations and satellite cleaning stations.
• Driving a 26’ box truck and lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for Receiving, lifting, moving, storing, issuing, counting, sorting, weighing and verifying items on requisitions or invoices.
• loading and unloading service equipment, food, and beverage before and after events.
• This professional is also responsible for cleaning dishes in a foodservice environment to ensure that there are plenty of clean tableware and rentals are handled properly.
• Maintain a clean working space, keeps area free of clutter and organized, sets up dish station and or satellite cleaning stations.
• Professional must have a valid driver's license and be willing and able to drive 26’ box truck as well as lift up to 50lbs
