Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse dock associates for a safety‑conscious, outgoing candidate to excel in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The role includes 3rd shift options, a base rate of $22.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential totaling $23.00 per hour, and a robust benefits program including PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and boot allowance after 90 days.

Applicants will stage and sort products, load/unload trailers, and operate equipment as needed.

Formación

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Physically demanding job, on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers in a safe manner.
• Bending, lifting and walking.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sorts and places parts in designated areas.
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• May operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Scan freights/parts
