Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse dock associates to join a safety-conscious team in Langhorne, PA. The role offers a solid wage and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Base pay is $22.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, and a standard Monday–Friday night schedule.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, staging products, operating pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while following all safety requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently and with others, strong time management and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements and guidelines.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Open and close dock doors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sort and place parts in racks or designated areas.
• Move materials within the warehouse and operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts when required.
• Scan freights/parts and ensure accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements
