Job summary

Overview

The Warehouse Employee supports warehouse operations through product handling, inventory control, equipment operation, and facility upkeep to ensure efficient distribution and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned warehouse duties, including load picking and building, inventory handling, and accurate completion of Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions using approved technology
  • Operate forklifts and/or walk‑rider equipment as required and maintain all certifications necessary to safely operate such equipment
  • Build, load, and unload delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner, following established procedures
  • Maintain proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on delivery trucks
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility and assigned work areas.
  • Prepare damaged product for repacking in accordance with company procedures
  • Perform routine care and general maintenance of warehouse equipment
  • Participate in required training and continuing education programs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s product portfolio
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Physical Demands
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to48pounds
  • Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
  • Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
  • Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
