We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to receive, store, and pick alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly, and reliable use of scanning devices.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from suppliers and verify incoming inventory with scanning devices.
• Put away inbound pallets in racked and bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for easy selection.
• Use Warehouse Management System to locate and account for product.
• Ensure damaged products are removed per procedures.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment and complete forklift certification.
• Perform order picking following standard processes and safety rules.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.

Job Profile Summary

Dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to work in the wine and spirits industry, responsible for receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in inventory management, palletizing, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate stock records while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving product from suppliers – ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices
• Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
• Replenish locations for selection.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product.
• Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Complete forklift certification program.
• Order selection following standard processes
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
