Warehouse Worker/Cover Driver (BETHLEHEM)

Seasonal Cover Driver (with Warehouse Support)

Become a key part of our UPS team in a dynamic combo role, with a strong focus on driving! At this time of year, you’ll primarily serve as aSeasonal Cover Driver making $23/hour, stepping in to support delivery operations and keep things moving. When needed, you’ll also be trained to assist as a Seasonal Warehouse Worker making $21/hour.

Your day-to-day assignment will vary based on business needs such as package volume, staffing needs, and seasonal demand. You may rotate between driving and warehouse duties - sometimes week to week, and other times spending extended periods in one role before transitioning to the other.

Please Note: This is a seasonal position; schedules may vary and can include Monday-Friday, holidays, and peak delivery periods.

Cover Driver Responsibilities

• Typically work 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday depending on operational needs
• Safely operate UPS package delivery vehicles
• Deliver and pick up packages while providing excellent customer service
• Work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment and in and out of customer locations
• Meet all UPS driver qualification standards and requirements

Occasionally, you may work inside the facility as a Seasonal Warehouse Worker

• Typically work 3.5 to 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Sort, move, and handle packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Report on the assigned warehouse shift when not scheduled as a Cover Driver

What you’ll need:

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Stamina - this is a workout like no other!
• Valid driver’s license - no CDL required (License type varies by state - proof required to qualify for the position)
• Satisfactory driving history
• Pass the DOT physical
• Pass a UPS driver test
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills
