THIS POSITION IS FOR ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS AT MOUNTAIN AMERICA STADIUM IN TEMPE, ARIZONA

The Warehouse Worker’s main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with the facility protocols and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive and inspect products, accurately label items, and report discrepancies in deliveries and invoices.
2. Organize and store incoming products, applying FIFO (first in, first out) inventory controls for perishable items.
3. Operate manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts, with training if necessary.
4. Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
5. Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
6. Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse or to other locations, using carts or industrial vehicles.
7. Conduct routine physical inventory counts as scheduled.
8. Complete administrative records accurately, including inventory, temperature logs, and inspections, using paper or digital systems.
9. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including restrooms, break areas, and loading zones.
10. Implement safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures; use safety and PPE equipment.
11. Ensure security of assets and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff.
