Job Description
This role helps to foster self-reliance, care for the poor and the needy, and provide opportunities for giving and service by: helping members become economically and emotionally self-reliant; providing access to essential food and clothing items, helping members prepare for and respond to disasters; and providing humanitarian aid to relieve suffering; thus furthering the mission of the Church.
This role involves working level duties in receiving, storing, and/or shipping functions. Responsibilities include stocking materials, inspecting and counting incoming items, rejecting damaged goods, maintaining records, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications
Requires a High School diploma, intermediate computer and math skills, and at least 2 years of warehousing or related experience. Preference for those with internal Church warehousing experience and experience operating motorized handling equipment. Must be physically capable of lifting/moving items up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance), climbing ladders, and operating a pallet jack. Good interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
