Job summary

TLD is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Windsor, CT for 2nd shift. The role moves materials and production parts between departments, ships and receives items, and supports inventory procedures to ensure accurate stock. You will pull orders for production and handle outbound parts as needed.

Requires forklift experience, valid license, and the ability to work both in a team and independently in a manufacturing setting. Shift is 3:00pm–11:30pm with a 7% differential.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge and experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklift and pallet jack.
  • Ability to work in a team or solo environment.
  • Pride in work performance.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Pull orders for production.
  • Outbound of parts required by production or spare parts service.
  • Perform inventory procedures according to cycle count instructions.
  • Returns to the inventory of unused material.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
