Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics Center. You will verify products, handle receiving, put away, cycle counting, loading/unloading, and unpack goods to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. No prior experience required for level I, with forklift experience for level II.

This role offers OT opportunities and benefits. Work is on site in a distribution environment; English proficiency is required for safety and training.

• Level I: no experience required; Level II: at least 1 year forklift/machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, put away, receiving.
• Ensure packages are received and stored properly.
• Maintain cycle count integrity in inventory control.
• Load/unload and handle trucks/trailers appropriately.
• Unpack goods and check against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete various pick processes including Paper Pick, Paperless Pick, and Parcel Batch Pick.

Job description

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Logistics Center in a variety of ways, helping us to assure that our customers are getting their product in a timely, efficient manner. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of a team that works together to meet deadlines, always going above and beyond what is expected. We’re excited to meet with you!

What you’ll Do

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product properly to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• In receiving ensure that all packages are received properly and put away properly.
• In inventory control ensure integrity of the cycle count process.
• Loading/unloading ensure that trucks/trailers are handled appropriately.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete pick functions encompassing all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Must have working knowledge of English language for training and safety purposes.

What we’re looking For

• For level I roles, no previous warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred.
• For level II roles, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent forklift/machine operating experience.
