Job summary

OnTrac in Smyrna, GA is hiring Package Handlers to join our warehouse operations team. You will unload trailers, sort bundles by ZIP code, and help ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a team-focused culture, a starting pay of $16.50 per hour, 18+ eligibility, and benefits including a 401(k) with company match and paid sick leave. Shifts run Thursday through Sunday with early morning start times, and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift regularly 50 lbs and up to 75 lbs
• Basic English language proficiency for safety/operational instructions
• 18 years of age or older and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay: $16.50/hr

Shifts:

• Thursday through Sunday from 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Employment Logistics: As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.
