Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse & Inventory role in San Jose, CA. The position supports precision in inventory, data entry, and document control, with daily desk and floor work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts available include 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm at $23.00/hour and Swing shift from 3:15pm to 11:45pm at $25.30/hour, offering competitive pay and growth opportunities in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivots for data entry and reporting.
• General computer literacy including emails, file management, and reporting tools.
• Experience creating picking lists in SAP.
• Ability to physically pick items based on picking lists.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.
• Understanding of warehouse processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with cycle counting / inventory audits preferred.
• Exposure to costing, inventory reconciliation, or stock adjustments.

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm - $23.00/Hourly

Experience / Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables, data entry, reporting)
• General computer literacy (emails, file management, reporting tools)
• Experience creating picking lists in SAP
• Ability to physically pick items based on picking lists
• Basic inventory management knowledge
• Understanding of warehouse processes and documentation

• Prior exposure to costing, inventory reconciliation, or stock adjustments

Physical / Operational Requirements

• Ability to lift boxes up to ~40 lbs
• Capable of operating pallet jacks or hand trucks if needed
• Comfortable moving between desk work and warehouse floor as required
