Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, moving, packing and shipping materials to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.

This position plays a key role in maintaining product flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse safety while working collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday

Regular and predictable on-site attendance required.

Ability to work a non-standard schedule as business needs require.

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete shipments by processing and loading customer orders.
• Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assist with inventory maintenance, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to use hands for handling, grasping, and manipulating materials.
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work around moving equipment and machinery while following all safety requirements.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
• Frequent exposure to moving equipment and warehouse traffic.
• Requires adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $23.75-$24.58/ Hour

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
