Job description
Our Warehouse Worker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring that orders are pulled, packed, converted, shipped, loaded, and received accurately and free from visible damage or defect.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Transport goods and supplies into and around the warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
  2. Use various material handling equipment to perform general warehouse tasks, ensuring all goods are stored and recorded properly.
  3. Perform basic inventory control tasks, checking quantities, quality, and availability against records following established procedures.
  4. Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal codes of conduct.
  5. Adhere to the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies to identify and mitigate risks.
  6. Utilize warehouse operating systems to receive, print orders, and locate inventory.
  7. Participate in assessment and development activities to develop skills through training and coaching.
  8. Perform additional duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Availability to work day or afternoon shifts.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with potential exposure to cold, heat, humidity, loud noise, dust, mechanical hazards, and moving vehicles.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift, twist, and carry up to 75 pounds; manipulate up to 160 pounds with equipment; handle skids up to 2,000 pounds.
  • Walking, standing, sitting (when operating equipment), lifting, stooping, and kneeling as required for tasks.
