Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory, shipping and receiving activities in an in-office Nashville facility. The role requires reliable transportation and a background check. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

You will load/unload, order, receive, pick and ship items while maintaining records and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and

• Experience in inventory and warehouse support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse under leadership guidance.
• Load and unload supplies in and out of a truck.
• Answer calls as needed.
• Handle ordering, receiving, picking and shipping tasks.
• Maintain inventory and record-keeping systems.
