Job summary

Chewy in Gallatin, TN is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist for a full-time position in our fulfillment center. You’ll perform essential warehouse tasks with safety and teamwork at the core, handling labeling, packing, loading and other duties to ensure accurate customer deliveries.

We offer competitive pay up to $22.75 per hour and a benefits program including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and more. Training is provided to operate PIT equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Willing to be trained on PIT equipment (e.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker).
• Understand and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving product using a forklift.
• Fulfill and coordinate orders to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Craft accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment.

• Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowedproductto various locationsusinga Forklift, etc.

• Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.

• Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g.,Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.

Physical job requirements:

• Walk up to 2 miles per shift.

• Frequentlylift upto 50 pounds.

• Frequentlylift upto 70 pounds using an optional team lift.

• Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.

• Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.

• Climb up anddown stairs(where applicable).
