Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker in Erie, PA to support production by loading/unloading trucks and moving materials in a fast-paced warehouse. Prior forklift and warehousing experience are valued, along with reliable attendance and physical stamina.

This contract role offers onsite work in Erie, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). Pay ranges from $16.00–$20.00/hr with quarterly profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required or preferred.
• Experience in warehousing is preferred.
• Reliable job tenure is expected.
• Must be physically capable of standing, moving, and bending.
• Experience maintaining inventory on a computer system.

Responsibilities

Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker

As a warehouse associate you will play a critical role in keeping production operations running smoothly. An ideal candidate will be someone who possesses prior warehouse experience, enjoys being 'on the go' and likes working in a fast-paced environment! Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks to move material within the warehouse and facility
• Gather and distribute product or materials within a specific production area
• Use banding, shrink, or other packaging material shipping equipment
• Move loads by pallet jack and forklift
• Use barcode readers, computer terminals, etc

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience i needed
• Prior experience in warehousing is preferred
• Strong job tenure
• Physically capable of standing, moving, and bending during the shift
• Maintain inventory on the computer system

Compensation:

• $17-20/HR
• This is a 1st shift position
• Profit Sharing bonuses are paid out to candidates quarterly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
