Job summary

Amarr Garage Doors, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a warehouse team member in Chesapeake, VA. You will unload and inspect incoming products, stage and load for customers, and occasionally deliver in a 26’ box truck.

The role requires heavy lifting and a valid driver’s license with driving experience. This full-time position offers benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.

This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in those conditions.

In this position you will:

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed (must be able to meet MVR requirements)

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $22-27 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
